What we collect

When you book a call or sign up, we collect your name, company, email, phone number, website and, for bookings, your approximate monthly processing volume. Bookings are kept by RUOCrypto and used to call you and email your confirmation. When you sign up, our server also passes your IP address and browser type to BBWholesale for fraud prevention.

Who we share it with

• BBWholesale, who provides the service: when you sign up, your details go straight to BBWholesale to open your account and send your welcome email. BBWholesale handles them under the BBWholesale Privacy Policy.
• Stripe collects your card details on the payment page on BBWholesale's behalf. Card numbers never reach RUOCrypto's servers.
• We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers on this website.

What RUOCrypto sees afterwards

Our back office shows the accounts we referred: contact details, account and payment status, and processing totals, so we can support you and check our commission.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your details, email info@ruocrypto.com. We'll pass your request to BBWholesale where they hold the data.
