The short version: RUOCrypto is an authorized reseller of BBWholesale merchant services. When you sign up here, your account is a BBWholesale account and the BBWholesale Terms of Service apply in full, exactly as if you had signed up with BBWholesale directly. Same service, same pricing, same terms.
1. Who provides your service
RUOCrypto ("RUOCrypto", "we") markets and resells the payment processing, membership and related services of BBWholesale. BBWholesale provides those services, approves applications, bills you, operates the payment gateway and merchant dashboard (bbwholesale.tech), and supports your account. By signing up, booking a call or paying on this website you accept the BBWholesale Terms of Service and the BBWholesale Privacy Policy, plus these reseller terms. If they conflict, the BBWholesale Terms of Service govern your account and the services.
2. Fees
- Network fee: $100 per month, billed in advance by card as a recurring subscription by BBWholesale (statement name: Battle Born Wholesale / BBWHOLESALE). Your account is activated once the first payment is received. Membership benefits are included; there is no separate membership charge.
- Transaction fee: 4% of each processed payment, deducted when the payment settles, so you receive 96% of each sale amount in your wallet.
- Third-party costs such as blockchain network (gas), wallet, exchange or off-ramp fees and your own hosting and domain costs are not included.
- Cancelling: you can cancel at any time by emailing us or BBWholesale. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Network fees already paid are not refunded, including for partly used months.
- Price changes follow the BBWholesale Terms of Service: at least 30 days' notice by email.
Signing up through RUOCrypto never costs you more than signing up with BBWholesale directly. BBWholesale pays RUOCrypto a commission out of its own fees.
3. Approval, payments and payouts
Approval, the payment providers available to your customers, settlement, your wallet and payouts, refunds and disputes, the WordPress plugin and API, products and fulfillment, and prohibited uses are all as described in the BBWholesale Terms of Service. Neither RUOCrypto nor BBWholesale holds your funds: payouts go straight to the wallet you control. All products supplied through the membership are for laboratory research use only and not for human or animal consumption.
4. What RUOCrypto does
We present the service, answer questions and hold consultation calls on our own calendar, and pass your sign-up details to BBWholesale when you sign up. We can see the accounts we referred, their status and their processing totals so we can support you and so BBWholesale can calculate our commission. We do not see or store your card details, which are collected by Stripe on BBWholesale's behalf.
5. Liability
RUOCrypto is not responsible for the operation of BBWholesale's services or of third-party payment providers. To the fullest extent the law allows, RUOCrypto's total liability to you is limited to the commission we received in connection with your account in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. The disclaimers, limitations, indemnity and governing-law provisions of the BBWholesale Terms of Service also apply to RUOCrypto as BBWholesale's reseller.
6. Changes
We may update these reseller terms by posting a new version here. Changes to the BBWholesale Terms of Service are made and notified by BBWholesale.
